Klaus is one of Peter Ralston’s leading European students/representatives and one of 5 certified Cheng Hsin teachers worldwide. He is also a skilled teacher and an easygoing, pleasant guy.
This workshop is open to all.
Focus points:
- Solo and partner exercises for relaxation and body perception
- Moving a partner using “intrinsic strength”
- Exploration of “following”, “leading” and “blending”
- Uprooting and throwing
Time: 6 + 7 October 2018
10 am to 6 pm on both days
