Please note the venue is very small and I have at most 2 free spots open for each seminars (maybe less), so please let me know if you're interested ASAP.

$65 - Saturday 3 hours Pre-heaven throwing (Sep 14) from 4 - 7 PM:

Tiger and Swallow palms' (palm 3 and 4) forms and applications.
Relevant single drills and training methods.
* Only for people who are comfortable with breakfalls and know how to throw people without injuring them.

$125 Sunday 6 hours Post-heaven line 6 (Sep 15) from 10 AM - 1 PM, lunch break, then 3 PM - 6 PM:

Post heaven 6.1 - 6.4 forms and applications.
Single drills for kicking.
Relevant footwork and hand patterns for kicking.
Kick defense methods.
Q & A if time permits. Please keep to technical questions to make it the seminar as productive as possible.
