Nelson has trained for more than 40 years in a variety of Chinese martial arts with an emphasis on Liuhebafa (Six Harmonies Eight Methods), especially the Chen Yiren and Yin Tian Xiong teaching lines from Hong Kong. Nelson has very good skill and is serious and detailed in his teaching, leavened with a great sense of humor. I would not be surprised if the training was followed by some delicious food at one of the excellent Chinese restaurants that Richmond is known for.

I hope the workshop can cover the 5 fists, their various stepping including nine palace steps, body alignment, body mechanics, whole body movement, 30% fist and 70% feet, their changes and applications...etc. It is tight to squeeze all these in three hours.
