I am doing a free demo class in Chester New Jersey on 2 very rare qigong routines and 1 Long Fist routine that contain all the concepts that are found in Yang and Chen Tai Chi, including the postures.
No one else in the whole USA is currently teaching these routines from Shaolin.
If you know tai chi you will be amazed. They will develop your Tai Chi skills and knowledge immensely!
If you are curious, it is worth checking out.

Teaching these qigong routines first has made it much easier to teach Tai Chi routines to people.

The goal is doing a weekly class teaching the routines step by step, including how they connect to Tai Chi.

Discover the missing 'Source Code' that will give you the hidden keys to perfecting your Tai Chi skills by learning the true building blocks of every Tai Chi move.

Discover our most effective skills to...
- Dramatically upgrade your Tai Chi practice by better understanding each movement...
- Move more efficiently and effectively to more expertly master every Tai Chi posture...
- Comprehend Tai Chi’s fundamentals at a much deeper level like never before...
- Give yourself a 'qi energy' flow that you will strongly feel ...
- Fully understand what makes Tai Chi both a Chinese martial art and an effective health and healing internal art ...
- Make Chen & Yang Tai Chi much easier to learn/teach by exploring their Buddhist and Taoist structural, self defense, and qi energy roots.

FREE introductory CLASS!

WHEN: Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 11:30 AM – 1 PM

I am an old fool, a few grades below being a young fool but I have some questions:
1. How can I upagde my taiji practice by understanding its movements?
NOTE : Though being a small teacher of no repute, I found that following the yangsheng traditon can make any taiji more utilitarian and function with minimal change. I am just curious on point of view of what of learning rare, unknown roiutines can accomplish.
2. I have found that Buddhist and Daoist structure are really no different from current structure in any activity per the purpose of that activity. The relaxation part is 'difficult' byt still doable.

Thanks

These routines accomplish a lot. First of all, they contain all the classic rules found within Chen and Yang TJQ.
2nd they are easy to learn, easy to teach, and clearly explain the moves and concepts also found in TJQ. They are a literal match move by move.
3rd they contain the actual postural movements found in TJQ.
They increase in complexity from the 1st to the 3rd set.
And they open the Qi Flow easily and early so that students can feel it the first time they do the routines.

I have taught people these sets and they were much more able to understand and perform their Chen and Yang sets.
They were able to more clearly understand each movement in TJQ by the practice of these routines.

Everyone I taught these sets to exclaimed how much better they could now not only do the movements of TJQ but also feel the flow of Qi.
And they were able to see the roots of all the classic TJQ rules and where they originally came from and how and WHY to do them that way.

These qigong routines can ALSO be done as self defense movements as well.

The 3rd routine is the originally basis for the sequence of postures now found in Chen and Yang TJQ, same form, without all the repeats.

Everyone has said they greatly benefited from learning these sets. People who never did TJQ and then started after learning these sets,
AND people who were long time practitioners said it made them better at doing and feeling their TJQ long form.
