IDK how good the instruction will be, but a two day trulkhor seminar will be held this weekend. I am unfamiliar with the teacher. However, the first half of the seminar is free and the whole thing only costs 100 Euro.

This is a very rare opportunity to see something fundamental to Tibetan practice.

The seminar was great. A lot of sucking the stomach in, diaphragm work, pressurizing different parts. Different versions of rolling the belly. Instructions about good circumstances to allow beneficial practice. Chumba Lama is a great guy and gave some very nice life advice for me. I made some good steps forward and have the feeling to have received what was really lacking in my practice. Well worth the money and I can only recommend it!
