Free Tai-chi sessions

Free Tai-Chi sessions run every Saturday 9am-10am from late April to October at Green Dragon Square in Leicester city centre. There is no need to register, just turn up on a Saturday morning and join the session.

Tai-Chi is a gentle and low-impact form of traditional Chinese exercise that helps reduce stress, improve balance, posture and mobility. It was developed in China and combines deep breathing, relaxation and serenity with flowing movements and positions. Workshops on the introduction of the theory and practice of Tai-Chi are also available at De Montfort University Confucius Institute.

I would advise avoiding doing anything in connection with any Confucius institute.

Unless you wear a Tiananmen Square Tee shirt and talk non stop about the genocide of the Uighur people under the boot of the tyrannical CCP and it’s chairman, Winni the Pooh. In that case, carry on.

We don't need the Confucius Institute, we've got our own home-grown Uighur deniers on this forum.
