Ba Gua's countless changes and seemingly infinite applications are rooted in the Single Palm Change.

Taught by Tom and Valerie, participants will practice and explore a large number of applications and partner drills that stem from exercises related to the heavenly stem and the Single Palm Change.

been reading his book on baguazhang neigong exercises passed down from Li Zi Ming. Great book, great explanations.

No this one has 8 basic palms for circle walking. No changes or MA focus.

But it has a good amount of neigong theory (channels etc) for a neijia book (but not much for a TCM one I suppose).

And some good instructions on stepping.
