Yeah it was pretty cool finally meeting Phil Plante last weekend! If all goes according to plan, we'll soon have ourselves a nice little group of people from different schools interested in sparring and sharing knowledge.

I talked to the top taiji guy in my school and he's ecstatic about the project. My buddy who trains wing chun would also be in and I'm sure I can get 2 or 3 or more guys to join in the fun. Hey Phil, what do you think about Sunday afternoon two weeks from now? Like... not this weekend, not the next, but the one after that?

Man, I've been envying you Montrealers! I hope we can get this thing going in Quebec City also... and then we can host epic Quebec vs. Montreal battles!

It will be nice to have a few meetings a year with the Quebec crew.

I will try to come down to Quebec next year for a long weekend, so maybe we can organize something then. Until then, it will be difficult due to my new responsibilities.
