Also worth noting is the man's attacking angles. Pretty much every attack is to the center but by way of a shallow angle - and, of course, good use of manipulating his training partner's center as he's attacking. This is some of the best Wing Chun I've seen.
(Interestingly, he also uses wider stances than commonly found in Wing Chun - a good thing, IMO)
