Long-time forum member David Meikle, instrumental in the founding of the original EmptyFlower forum (he introduced the late David DeVere to xingyiquan), has a very interesting conversation with Robert Coons (another long-time member) on the Daoi podcast. Topics include David's training in the Chengshi baguazhang passed down by the late Yang Guotai, as well as David's more recent explorations into plant medicine.

I wish this "podcast" series was actually a podcast, so you could listen to it via a podcast app on your phone without having to play video... It's a youtube video, not a podcast, so why do they keep calling them podcasts?
