Actually breaking stuff with the ass is part of the Zhoukou cirricullum as they use a move called "Tiger squatting", which they train squatting onto a bench and hitting it with the edge of the ass muscle (I don't think you use your tailbone, lol).

There is a story on Jareks site of a certain practitioner using this force to break a bench.

What is Zhoukou? And what is the application of this skill, Dai? Sounds like something we might see in pro-rassling.

Zhoukou is a part of Henan, it is where the majority of XYLHQ comes from (Lu Songgao who taught in Shanghai came from there originally).

As for it's use, I guess if someone was behind you, if the opportunity arose you could squat suddenly on their knee dislocating it or damaging the femur.

Not a technique that I am fond of, personally I think it is silly.
