Feeding Crane
Posted: Sun Nov 16, 2008 7:17 pmI like this guy. The guy I do bagua with brought him here but unfortunately I missed it. Notice the 'shenfa' (movement of torso) in this clip. Basically the same as ours- ending with sacrum tucked, also what we would call a 'han li' (containing force).
