Posted: Tue Dec 26, 2023 10:04 amAlways really liked Guo Shilei's teaching approach and think he makes a lot of sense. Better to think about / focus on training integration first, then only start to think about dantian 'stuff' after several years of zhan zhuang / single motion practice. His own skills are testament that his method works.
