i liked this one best. i do not know what he was saying but it seemed he was making a point about rotation of the arms in unison with the center. nice stuff.

Only caught a little of what he said, one close (when arms are withdrawn towards your body) one open (When you push away), relax and open. The rest i have no idea. -nuke- The nuke has nothing to do with the post...i just wanted to use it!

this Hao form by Au Yang Feng interests me because it is the Hao/Wu form closest to Sun Lu Tang's form that I've seen. Hao Shaoru's form and the Wu forms descended from Li I Yu seem different in details and pacing.
