That dude is someone from Shanxi Xing Yi Quan (not too sure, but does not look like Song, guess Che?), there is no Dai XIn Yi Quan displayed in that clip, but there is another clip related to this, which does a small docu on Dai, showing Dai mansion, etc.

Really? I am a native Chinese speaker and when I watched the show I thought he was presented as a Dai pracitioner.

A while ago I remember one of the forum members said that he knows the master in the clip and had a picture taken with him. Maybe he can chime in.
