Shadow Boxin'

Postby Jeice on Sun Jul 13, 2008 12:07 am

Posting from the road, currently in edmonton, will be in winnipeg tomorrow night if I don't fall asleep and die in a fiery crash. Here's a single round of technique based shadow, just tinkering with things, lots of singles and doubles, but a few flurries mixed in. Tear it up yo. Note that this shadow was done AFTER the 10 rounds of padwork, and the tiredness is shown in my decreased handspeed and increased level of "sung" lol (the last 4 rounds are also now uploaded should you be interested in watching me grunt out another 8 minutes of punching). My next post will be tai chi... probably... maybe BJJ... or kickboxing... life is full of suprises.

there's nothing wrong with dropping your hands if you're not in range.

nothing wrong with it at all, as long as you realize your dropping your hand and why.
