Anyone here read about Aukai's foundation exercises? simple at a first glance, but not so much on the inside...its blend of static zhang zhuang like stances and slow movements, which we can obviously see, produce results.

This thread got me thinking - is there a way to embed a Mux or Zamzar-like Youtube downloading tool into EF?

Very interesting. Emphasis on developing body method, avoidance of codified, fixed techniques, this reminds me of something.

Do you suppose it is safe to mention the yi-word on this new forum? ;)
I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.
