Huo qing Yun?

I'm not sure on the description of this video
Does anyone know for sure this is Huo QingYun?

That's what the video says. His uncle Huo Dian-Ge was Li Shu-Wen's early disciple and Liu Yun-Chiao's Baji big brother.
Huo Qin-Yun had the opportunity to learn from both his uncle and Li directly. He passed away in 1987 at the age of 82.

Yes I know the lineage of Huo style baji. My teacher learned baji from Hou Qing yun and also students of Huo Qing Yun. I never saw any video of him. So I was wondering if someone could verify.

I know for sure that he is Huo Qingyun as I have a copy of the tape the video has been taken from, given to me by Huo Qinyun's son
