Yeah, could you imagine if that was on pavement?

At least the thrower held onto the guy's torso so most of the force went into his lower body.

But yes, painful indeed. Makes me want to stay home and watch TV. ;)

the guy getting thrown totally absorbed onto the other guy's leg the wrong time and wrong way.... resulting in his ass getting thrown quite profoundly...haha.

I get the feeling Blue has practiced this transition from a blown uchimata attempt and White walked into a setup.

I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.

klonk, yes, that was in fact a full on hip throw. it looked especially painful because the guy getting thrown's center of gravity was high up because he tried to absorb onto the thrower's leg. so his drop was harder.
