Anybody have more information about this clip? It is obviously in Japan at some sort of competition, which means it is probably from the 70's when Sino-Japanese relations were relatively good...

My teacher's teacher is Chen Li-qing, and that is the first time I've seen a video of her performing. I'll try and get in contact with Frank about it.
