Chan - I was about to say I don't recall, but your description of the head stomps and such brought it to mind - its been a long time (over 30 years) since I've seen it though, and I can't recall where.

Anyone here ever train with Charles Nelson? I was working on West 72nd street in 1982, and I stopped by a number of times. He was about 70 then, and was still tough as nails.
