I don't know about you all, but I'm convinced. I'm going to stop practicing my other inferior martial arts styles and do only Yi Quan from now on. Oh, and change my evil foreign ways too. I have seen the light, brother!
Just one thing I'm not convinced about though - "Chinese martial arts is to be higher, FATTER, and stronger?"
I'm sure that's not right...

Sure, it's silly but I think this is the show where kids compete with each other to see who has the best English and either you win or are eliminated, so what can you expect?
Stronger, higher and fatter. Yep. I've long wanted to learn yiquan, and even more so now.
I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.
