Awesome!

I don't know about you all, but I'm convinced. I'm going to stop practicing my other inferior martial arts styles and do only Yi Quan from now on. Oh, and change my evil foreign ways too. I have seen the light, brother! ;D

Just one thing I'm not convinced about though - "Chinese martial arts is to be higher, FATTER, and stronger?"

I'm sure that's not right... ;D

I am not a foreigner, but I am disappointed by the stupidity of these clips.

Reminds of all the silly, government-conceived propagandas during cultural revolution. ::)

By the way, I do hope the young man in the clip is not one of Yao's better students.

Sometimes I really miss China.

Sure, it's silly but I think this is the show where kids compete with each other to see who has the best English and either you win or are eliminated, so what can you expect?

Expect? I expect to get fatter and have the same aims as the Beijing Olympics, obviously ;D

But first you must renouce your filthy western ways.

I like the way all evil foreigners are represented.

The West, Japan, Korea and some Asian others. :)

You got to love it!

Stronger, higher and fatter. Yep. I've long wanted to learn yiquan, and even more so now. :D
I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.
