Kali Carenza clip

Hi Guys,

We are CFMA (Chinese Filipino/ Change & Flow Martial Arts) doing mixed training based on Gao style BGZ and weapon fighting arts from the Filipino family- mainly FCS Kali and Pambuan Arnis.

Few words about Carenza:
Carenza is a traditional tribal war dance from the Philipines, we use the Carenza to practice our techniques and flow of movement (something like shadow boxing), the Carenza is actually an expression of who we are and our fighting spirit and character.

Would love to read what you think of it.

Looks like some nice relaxed FMA but (forgive my ignorance) I'm not seeing Gao BGZ?

I'm from the old guys here on EF but this forum is keep changing all the time.
So I guess for this version it's my first post.

You don't see here Gao style BGZ since we doing only FMA on this Carenza clip.

Cool. I just thought it was some sort of a blend, since you said "mixed training based on"...

I'm surprised you guys weren't doing this around a bonfire Lord of the Flies style.

Well it's not a blend and we try not to make/invent/develop new system or style.
We just train these three styles ( I focus 90% of my training on Gao BGZ), and try to pass it down to our guys.

I have to say that most of our group members are already experienced martial artists in different styls such as:
Aikido, Jiu Jitsu, Kyuko Shin Kai, Shotokan etc.

We just like to do Martial arts
