Ba Ji is to use the hand, elbow, shoulder, tailbone, hip, knee, foot etc.

"Ba Ji is direct and straightforward.

Basic apps in defense and offense are already in the forms.

in other words, we are practicing boxing methods/quan and practicing gong fa at the same time.

Chinese MA will continue to exist in the society.

as the science advances and the society becomes more prosperous,

people need some physical/mind exercises more and more.

international chinese wushu games will promote exchange of ideas and methods among chinese thruout the world.
