Surfing around and finally found Steve doing allllll the fuhugong (well at least most of it I believe)
Vid is great quality - If I changed it to youtube it would probably butcher the quality.

Reminds me of some Systema guys that do similar stuff by jumping over (low) benches with pushups.

I wonder if this is a good exercise for stuff like Fa jin? Done without too much arm involvement, of course.

If you can fall on your fists from standing, and push yourself back up to standing using just your arms, you'll be able to pulse that strike into your opponent.

Once the video has downloaded and you are watching it in your browser, if you are using IE goto tools, internet options and look in your temporary internet folder, it'll be the big vid file there.

He is missing at least 2 of them from what I can see. The one where you crawl with your shoulders, on belly (he does the other one on his back though), and the one where you crawl like a seal (I don't know how else to describe it).

When Rollback and i had the school (well, it was his, I just hung out all the time and never left), we had a Hsing I guy teaching classes. He used to condition his class with all those. I probably should have taped them when I had the opportunity.

The video I was having a hard time finding was of him jumping off of a picnic table with kettlebells in hand, into a pistol, then immediately jumping back up onto the table, then repeating.
