It's always nice to be able to integrate condition training and CMA training so you can kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Here is an equipment training that you don't see in any gym. This is the difference between "equipment training" and "weight training" such as KB or bench press. IMO, the "equipment training" is more useful than the "weight training" and every CMA styles should have their own special training method. If what he did is not the original XingYi training method then at least he has the correct idea and move toward the right direction.
