Quite funny that on the James McNeil one a lot of the comments are ‘Actually, that’s not bad....’ :)

They featured me a while back. I had it taken down. Thing is, the guy had cut off the explanation of the drill at the beginning, dubbed over it with his own music and put his logo on it. I don't care if he wants to feature my videos, but don't edit them and (presumably) monetise them for yourself.

The Chris Lomas one shows Chris doing Iron shirt demos, then it goes into this MMA fight - is that the same Chris in the MMA fight???

yep looks like him, and judging by the silly strikes he was trying to throw... but fair play for getting in there, that's no joke.

Yeah, fairplay for doing it, but I felt sorry for his face... :( He looked pretty annoyed it got stopped, but it looked like something was broken to me...

The Richard Clear one is a classic, I remember seeing that before.

I hate these sites - who the f*ck are they to judge? The martial arts are a broad church and should be based on respect. This is just another form of social media bullying.

Exactly! Facebook can sit and spin.

I closed my account when I realized it was a complete waste of life and it was the best decision I ever made.

Fakes news, cyber bullying, bumping arguments, influencing elections, requesting users' nude photos, messenger for kids, paid idiot internet trolls and making it all more addictive than gambling. Forget about it! Facebook is not what it was when it began and perhaps it never was but now more than ever it is clear that Facebook sucks!

Well, a Facebook account is like a firearm. Someone will always find a way to misuse it.

If I didn’t have a need for FB for my job I had never opened an account. I work with social media on a daily basis and I hate them all, more or less. But... but... I am not as against FB as I have been. I am a member of a few international groups that share my interests, like a small movie group that is now secret so all trolls are kept away, and also a writers group where I can share short stories, read what others write and learn a heck a lot. Otherwise, I rarely care about what my friends write or share. All what I am saying is that I have found a use for FB. :) Much of what’s going on is fake and phony, but still, it’s not all wrong or bad. It’s rather what you focus on that turns it to what it is. Just ignore all trolls and all friends that irritates you. (you can unfollow them but still be a “friend”. ;) ) But I admire and envy you who don’t need the accounts.... :D
