A deviant CMC form with snow sprinkles

A rough-edged video of a rough-edged form runthrough. But what the hell...

The basic 'floor plan' is the CMC 37-step form, but with some movements done differently and a few extra movements added. The additions are bits that I feel are currently useful to myself and/or to my training group.

That's easily in about 95th percentile of quality globally (at least from what little I've seen over the years). That includes various "instructional videos", masters' demos, etc. Very nice; thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. That was nice. After I’ve viewed the video a few times, the dodgy bits seem to stand out more and more. But maybe that isn’t really ‘objective’ either.

@ Willie: Sure, this represents/reveals to some extent what I do. This isn’t the only form I practice, and anyway forms are a subsidiary element in real training. In my own personal training and when I teach, basic exercises/jibengong and lots of partner work (from bodywork through tuishou to free form) are the more important methods.
