Pushing away someone who gives up his balance is not hard. It’s not a question of being double weighted or not double weighted, just a question about balance and direction of pressure.

I can see that he has internal skills, but the explanation he provides, with all that qi and relaxation stuff, is basically useless crap. ::)

It's the kind of b.s. IMA teachers have been feeding their students for centuries when they don't want to give away their secrets. ;)

becoming natural through relaxation in your combat is not useless crap. most important tip here is not putting your mind on your opponents contact point with your body. That is a skill too subtle for most and has to be transmitted/installed via direct practice with someone who has that ability.
