Been there done that, thanks Yep, it's all solid stuff in the clip. These days I'm on a slightly different tangent. Not that we don't work like that now and then but there's plenty of other ways to be training too.

Pretty sure your current way is better for most purposes, but the over the top stuff is sure fun to watch.
