Def want to, but my legs are overworked from soccer.

Adding jogging (easy). Maybe can work up to rope.

I need more Yin, though. Too much Yang.

Because the OP specifically asked for nice circle-walking videos, not for bagua applications. :)

With jumping rope, one can see how, what, and why it's used in boxing in use.
One can also see it used as an exercise unrelated to boxing.

Can the same be said of circle walking.

An allegorical question "why are there no video clips of the art being used live"

Answered with more clips of circle walking and examples of people using ideas of the art but
none showing the art itself in use....

The OP is looking for "health" true he asked about bagua clips showing circle walking.
Is this a good thing to do for "health" would yoga for example, something designed for health
be a better choice to use ones time doing. If health was the concern.

Whenever I've seen a video billed as bagua fighting, they've really made a poor showing.

I'm really just looking for smoother movement, but health is good. MA is good, too.

thanks man. checking out the Sung Ming Yen videos. I saw the first "after" clip with his nice throw to mount to gnp. The other mainly standup one isn't there any more.
