I think the form is invented, not indigenous, an application of martial arts principles to a tool and weapon already in common use, and the form makes me think a Korean-trained fellow invented it. It is excessively precise and orderly.
I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.
