yea, i liked that he (second guy) had relatively a ton of detailed technical breakdown and not just a flood of concepts. he's a small guy, hands are average-fast, thing's look workable and they're presented in such a way that you could easily decide if you think they're not. any boxing or muay thai guy should be able to decide if they like the material or not just based on viewing, if his chin was hanging out you'd just see it. as to the fight, i saw the mantis, but that seems pretty secondary to me
