If I am not mistaken, that is not Wu's branch of Gao style Bagua. It's Ho Ko-Tsai's branch from Hong Kong as taught by C.S. Tang.

this move is pretty lethal, if use properly.....one of the trademark in Gao bague.

I thought the forms were cool. Especially the way they do dun #3. It shows the footwork and body method for a particularly useful application of dun with the back cross step, whereas the yi zong version of the form doesn't have the back cross step. It's a cool way to do it and has a more lianhuan feel imo.
