I like the way this master moves; he is using the hands to lead the body for power, as opposed to body leading the hands like in most other styles. IMO, this is the key to WC's body mechanics.
Ironically, this characteristic is also something that can easily lead a WC practitioner astray when done incorrectly, turning the art into a game of paddy-cake with strikes that look fast and fancy, but only has power from the shoulder down.
