I read a lot about ILC's Wrapping, it is supposed to be their most important tool to build internal connection and power!

Can anyone here comment on this method?

I found this video, but I am not really sure how it is supposed to be done (how much tension and where to apply it, what happens inside the body,...)



Can anyone here give some clues?
