When Sam Chin is pushing down on the WC instructor's arms, one might think "why can't the WC guy just break contact and drop his arms?" as in the case where Sam says if he just struck the arms and not the whole structure. It's a strange feeling to be in this "stuck" point. The body following or keeping together its own energy is a helpful way to describe it, I think because at that stuck point, we instinctively want to hold onto our equilibrium.

Mark Rasmus videos are funny and whoever said he is a pure tai chi fighter, that is hilarious. There are many guys I know who are Tai chi guys and can fight and have valid records not made up stories. They sure as hell won't make or show pretentious videos like Mark "let's hope this mystical BS will work" Rasmus does.
