Posted: Wed May 01, 2019 8:29 pmThe technique shown first, diagonal tip-over, is real karate, we call it over the heel, but in this clip it looks like something you can do every time. That is not quite true. I know about it, so good luck doing that to me.

Posted: Sun May 05, 2019 7:24 amI miss Northern California but those guys drunk some Kool-aid. Wanted to just visit the school by my house in Sacramento a few years back and see what they were about. I was told it's some kind of super duper secret style, no visits allowed.
