Wu style ("Wudang" of Cheng Tinhung) taiji--Dennis Dilday

Dennis Dilday is a 20-plus-year student of Dan Docherty in "Practical Tai Chi Chuan," the "Wudang" Taiji line from the late Cheng Tinhung. There are not many representatives of this school in the US, which has a substantially larger following in the UK and continental Europe.

Pity they didn't just film the form from one spot start to finish
Don't put power into the form let it naturally arise from the form

I went to his site and saw he is a chiro
Pity he doesn't approach his form with that knowledge as a base

Starting at about 1:37, why would you look at the ground?
