Michael Phillips/ Kelley Grahen Exercise question

Hey guys,

on Fb I saw a discussion concerning this exercise:



Several people stated that this exercise "relly helped" them and "made the difference" in their internal power development!!!

Kelley learnt this exercise from Michael Phillips.

So my questions are:

Who here has experience with this exercise?

With what weight do you start?

How long and often do you perform it?

And what are you doing internally/ breathwise?

Low form practice should be just as fine though this type of exercise will make you feel the legs better through the pressure. When my kid was a toddler I did similar exercise and also low form practice carrying him on my back. It felt good to have that weight, but I think you can easily fool yourself that you have achieved something that you still have not. Maybe it’s a good exercise for beginners to help their rooting building process.
