Ah bummer that explains a lot. 2 hours on Ji Bu is the real starting point theory and it makes sense why the video skipped into more secondary or later parts of the training.

If you get another chance ask him to run through one of the other animals in detail with the film rolling. There's hours of video in each animal on the proper body mechanics, the practical applications and the mental essence and visualisation associated with each out them.
