I really don’t know if the Song can dissolve this impact

I have absolutely no idea what your point is or what you want to say with this.

One has only to meet someone who's really achieved it to understand the difference between someone who might feel they are "song" and one who truly is.

Agreed.

A clip on 骨肉分離. It feels like the flesh hangs on the body in the movement. Lead the movement with finger is the key to get into it.

A good jibengong should be able to train for power and protection at the same time. To song is to activate and build up the layer under the muscle. It builds up a network within the body for a whole body powerful movement as well as a protection layer around the body. We don't want the song to be 散 (loose). We want it to be 韧 (strong and tough).

Yes.
This is the very beginning. Most of people think that this is it.

It’s shoulder, back and hip that is more difficult to dissolve.
And as you age it becomes more difficult to advance as muscle start to harden. Yet at the same time muscle start to shrink.
This is why internal martial arts is so hard...

And yes I do believe good foundation is important.

Bao,
It’s hard to explain. Unless you feel it personally.

I beg to differ, 骨肉分離 is something others can see and others can feel when touch you. It is not a personal fantasy.

This professional Muaythai Fighter had his femur broken by kicks. The velocity and sheer impact is unbelievable. I really don’t know if the Song can dissolve this impact, and yes the injured fighter his thigh was very relaxed and this comes with years of training.

With the song you can also dance, why be stiff legged......move so your not at that intended impact point

Feel what? A Muay Thai kick to the thigh ? I know how it feels. I did Thai Boxing for two years (continued sparring with thai boxers after that. I've also done Sanda and other types of sparring.)

Exactly.

Who said that song was one solution that solves everything and isolated from everything else? Of course you must understand timing while controlling distance and angle.

Oh great! Your action prove my point. What you had done is exactly what I was suggesting.
Without testing you won’t know, right? Cheers.

1, Fine motor movement skills, eg finger
2, Link the movement so velocity of transit movement does not break up

But a good fundamental frame is still required.

I really like this list. So really you are listing 7 items, I suppose.

I think it is the list to stick at the entrance, and there may be much more than after that. 72 rooms in shaolin temple is just a description of how broad it can be.

Lower back is the hardest part. To mobilize this part seems impossible and non-sense but can be done. It is still just the beginning.
We all know muscle start to harden at an early age like 25. Keep working on the thing knowing it is degenerating is not effective and efficient. Look beyond the muscle or train with minimal muscle involvements. We have much more in our body. We can't avoid the aging other than deal with it. I take the approach on teaching my students to challenge me and beat me up to give me motivation to continue looking for ways to keep up.
