Wayne, do you have a link to chines tubes such as youku of this vid ? Maybe a name of the performer(in mandarin)?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cheng_Wing_Kwong:

Cheng Wing Kwong (Zheng Rongguang) (Chin: 鄭榮光, 1903–1967) was a disciple (Tudi) of Wu Jianquan, the founder of Wu Style Taijiquan.

Thanks, will look him up

Ok the vid I initially found was not in black and white footage and she performs in an indoor stadium seemingly, that performance a liked and is in tune with what I learned in Beijing...but then I found “the” black and white footage performance, that form is different, some moves excluded and foot work/turning different, a simplified exercise which wouldn’t train some physical coreaspects even if practiced over a long time.

Yeah, there was obviously some type of hesitation in having the whole complete version recorded. But that's okay, that how it is in CMA.
