many of us do not have the luxury of practicing ma in a full time manner,
and our jobs frequently involve a heavy percentage of time in a seated, sedentary mode.
I think sitting for along time is very detrimental to the flow in energy channels; make ppl feel tired and weak .
If go on to practice in a blocked state, we also do not receive the full benefit of our efforts.
so i think it is beneficial to do such exercise first to unblock and awaken the energy system before
ma practice.
happy training, cheers.

Very cool. Thanks for posting.
Regarding the nostrils being open. But I thought that our nostrils should switch sides every 2 hours if one is healthy, in order to keep from drying out. But trying to get both open during the qigong.
Anyone?
