Chinwoo it is quite hard to work out what you want over the net
This sort of training is done over an extended length of time through constant close contact

Chin Woo

I have written many books and made many films explainingn my personal experiences and approach, since I get asked the same questions countless times a week I put my four decades of experience into an audio series - Zen MInd , Martial Power.

Many people on this board found this to be of great practical value, so I suggest you start there . I also have many instructional films on Xingyiquan, the one called Neijia Courtyard goes into a lot of detail about bringing Santishr to life with many precise details (this is Sun and Song XIngyiquan based, nothing to do with Yi Quan or Paul's teaching).

Have a look on my website and see if anything is useful.

yup, you will be a healthy 87 year old, able to beat up the other 87 year olds who all have ailments in slow mo. but by then hopefully you also realize how stupid and useless that skill would be. but hey, what a goal to work toward. :P

From a Xing Yi perspective, but YQ is more different from XY than most people would admit... ;)

Well, say that to Paul. ;)

Well it’s just so, in YiQuan practice one is not supposed to mimic animals(if that’s what he claim ?).......It makes no sense to forexample mimic being an tiger, tigers shy away from bigger stronger animals, while easily pry on an safe catch....Better then to “mimic” being an human dealing with an tiger....8-)

What is your relationship with Sifu Paul if you don't mind me asking?

thanks again

It will not take a lifetime to gain skill, however the practice feels fresh each time that you want to go on with it for as long as an lifetime.. 8-)
