A thread for my videos

Postby Quigga on Sat Jan 23, 2021 12:20 pm

Hey, so I'm planning on shooting some videos and instead of creating a thread for each new one, I'd just post every one in here.

Might get confusing when discussion arises but we'll see.

Anyway, here's a small hello from me :-).

See you!

Huh, wasn't a post from Tom here some time ago?
Wanted to say thank you and the synthesis of Kundalini + Jing Qi Shen is what I want to talk about. It's so much that I don't know where to start and I'm still cutting it into chunks. I don't have the level yet where non-stop wisdom is spontaneously flowing out my mouth. Working on connecting tongue and especially chin to rest of the body.

Also I myself still have some unclarities - if what I want to say is 100% correct; I don't want to mislead people or muddle things up so there's trouble in the later stages.

Then again I don't know the later stages of leaving the body behind and flying around as a sort of positive ghost. I guess it's not so relevant right now because it scares people off and what I want to do is gather people around me.

I guess it doesn't need to be perfect, start at the beginning, just get it out there. It's a learning process for me as well and I'll certainly make mistakes.

Stay tuned

Tom is like the sages of old. Mysterious. Suddenly appearing and suddenly disapearing. Like the wind on a still day.

I like it. Easier for me to follow your video explanation than a lot of writing.

I'm not so interested in kundalini, partly due to just lack of interest, but partly due to it seems like "qi goes up" - so it seems to be the opposite of what the IMA people say.

Of course it's a huge opportunity and now that things are smoothing out I'm more optimistic :)

Ah ok thanks for the observations. I think it sounds like the opposite of IMA, but maybe it's all the same - a circle or yin/yang. To have peng, you sink. For example in cloud hands, if one hand "sinks", it's as if the other one is "powered" to rise, like a pump. Maybe that only makes sense (and is key) in IMA but for qigong, it isn't particularly important since "power" isn't the interest.

Here's a vid of me practicing:

If you don't have power you're doing bad Qi Gong imo

Use fullscreen to see feet

I can see how stiff my shoulders and arms still are, big toe also :D
