From a prospective student perspective the thought of squeezing the last drops of juice from a lemon comes to mind.

Can someone translate the following please

"Huai Hsiang Wang experienced his internal martial arts transformation during the period from 2001 to 2007 after forsaking the orientation to fight. He reverted his mental energy from dispersion to harmonization – thus, the dimension of internal energy was revealed. Through diligent practice and evolution, he can intuitively see the answer to all questions regarding the essence of the art, both martially and spiritually, from within himself."

The second part is up. This guy has no idea what fascia is. Maybe it would be better to really study something before you speak Too much about it? Turned the vid off half into it as he had said absolutely nothing that makes sense. Long time since I’ve heard so much pointless drivel in such short amount of time.

His father was Wang Chieh, a real deal teacher (late Mike Martello comes to mind).

A response from "huaihsiang "

I do have logical reasoning, and more, intuition.

Mr. Chan is no dummy either, he is a professional TKD coach and Chairman of Chen style Taichi association at Taipei.
What caused Mr. Chan to move is not force, but what is called "internal force",a dynamic manifestation of the mental force (Chi) , which has been beyond the westerner's comprehension for ages. Again, thank you for your comment.

One may be able to do what is shown while not not agreeing with what he says is going on.
"Beyond the Westerners comprehension for ages"

not :)

I can see that he is athletic... ;)

I couldn't care less about what Wang Huai Hsiang says as I am not the least impressed with what I have seen by him so far. I am not very impressed by his dad either, but still, Wang Chieh seems to have had good knowledge and some genuine skills. And I am not going to discuss what "is going on" here.

You should be more precise. Didn’t write that

Oh boy.

Not chi but prana. Oh sorry not prana by prana dynamics of chinese kung fu. Also something about fascia, mental aura etc.

As he said ... he's never been in a fight. Never done any competitions. Not sure but doubt he spars. Read extensively. Teaches martial arts?!?!????

Oh ok Kung fu is not about fighting. It's about spiritual awareness & energy. Then after talking for 10minutes proceeds to demonstrate boucing people around like a wizard & applying a few joint locks to reinforce his spiritual awareness. ::)

Anyway at about 10min he says you cannot learn anything from him. Saved you paying for the course.

He's right about one thing though - practise your forms every day without knowing the context & you will get nothing. The context is and has always been about the fight. If it's not then it's not martial arts. There's nothing wrong pursuing metaphysics, spiritual enlightenment or whatever but don't confuse it with martial arts and application of it.

His joint locking is pretty sloppy so no prize there

Added Part 3, "Internal vs. External, what's the difference? - Prana Dynamics (Part 3)" to the OP.
