A friendly sparring and grappling session between a Japanese Systema instructor (the guy in blue) and an MMA fighter (in white karate gi).

The MMA guy, Kikuno, has actually fought in the UFC.

Just found out that only the first guy in blue is a certified instructor under both Vasiliev and Ryabko; the second guy in beige is actually a student.

I suspect the Systema guy would stop laughing fast. You have to admire the positive self-image he seems to possess, and the best thing about Systema seems to be that it fosters a culture of avoiding fights.

The MMA fighter was a very good sport about it all.
