In my clinical research days, I went to quite a few of such related 'advertising' and though I did not like the format and presentation, for the neophyte with an inquiring mind, it still has reasoning and a logical mindset in accessing the background of x art for personal investigation. This is balanced by the many I have met who thought tai chi and qigong were "works of the devil' (figuratively and literally ) that they were shocked at the benefit they relieved from such works.
