That's a silly title for the video-- I mean, the guy's job is literally teaching people from the general public how to do his version of internal movement. That's like the opposite of a "secret."

I met and worked with Akuzawa Minoru and his interpreter Rob John on a couple of occasions 13 years ago or so. Akuzawa’s skill and power was very evident back then. It would be interesting to see how the training has gone for diligent students of the Aunkai method since then. He’s got a number of training groups in Europe who have worked with him for several years.

At 7:11 of the 12/23/21 video, Rob John demonstrates some power. There are a few recent videos on a youtube channel, Aunkai, with students Rob John, Alex Lee, Hunter Lonsberry and Björn Friedrich. However, I don't believe they demonstrate their Aunkai skills. Also, a facebook page, Aunkai, coaching and more with Rob John.

The OP title is from the 12/23/21 video. The secret may be addressed at 11:13:

I raise my sacrum, drop my chest and pull my nape.

And at 13:36:

You can be in this kind of position with you back on the ground, and I can move around and get up as if I were just getting out of bed. Just this is enough to affect you that much. This is a bit of an irregular case/movement. But from a position where I have my back against the floor, I can bring everything through the inside to my hand. I use this sometimes overseas to demonstrate as it tends to wow people. You'd normally think its impossible right? The power from the stomach is transmitted during my movement up and reaches out to here. So when you get a bit more complicated and a little deeper, you doing interesting things like that.

Admittedly I haven't watched the videos my comment is a comment on the most previous post.

BKF has a way of releasing power which he calls bend and tuck where you move your pelvis forward releasing power.

LTL, when I saw him one time, demonstrated doing a head butte when releasing power, bringing the chin from up to down and opening up the back of the neck.

Of course these are over simplifications of practices which are done for years with a ton of more detail and a step by step process which changes as the student advances.

I usually just lurk on martial art threads but I appreciate the previous post because it shows and demonstrates how when people are open about what is happening the juice is coming from the spine. I have seen other practices using the spine but never connected the dots of how universal it is until now.
